	Steamed and not pan fried, this beautiful looking and delicious tea is made from the select twigs and stems of carefully nurtured tea bushes that are steamed, dried, left to age for 2-3 years to develop flavour, then roasted and combined with roasted tea leaves. Use water just off the boild. Drink without milk.
