International orders are generally received in under 28 days.

1st Class to UK destinations are usually delivered the next working day after collection.\n

Please note that parcels require a signature on receipt. If there is no-one at home, a card is left by the delivery company, and a second attempt will be made the next working day. Contact details are on the card should you wish to collect from the depot.

If a parcel is returned to us because there have been a number of failed attempted deliveries, we will offer to resend the parcel but there will be an additional charge for the postage and new packaging should it be required.

In some countries import tax and duties may have to be paid by the recipient on delivery.

POST & PACKING CHARGES:

For UK delivery of a parcel with content up to 25kg we charge £7.00 using our traceable courier service.

Some items may include postage, this will be stated with the price. Delivery days are from day of collection from us - not from the date of your order. All orders to Northern Ireland and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland are charged at £16 per parcel.

Small Parcels under 700g are posted via Royal Mail First Class. Charges are as follows:

0-450g £2.95,
451-500g £3.50,
501-700g £4.75
