Hill Top Farm is in Spaunton, on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors. By milling local produce they minimise "food miles", therefore reducing transport costs and are able to create mutually beneficial trading networks with farmers and producers.

They stone-mill all their flour on a unique mill, designed and built in Brittany, producing a superb product. We here at Botham’s, use their 100% Stoneground wholemeal wheat flour (a blend of Paragon, Amaretto and Naturastar) for our Ginger Parkin, High Moor Leven Bread and Soda Bread.
