Our famous Plum Pudding, (Christmas Pudding) is made using the finest fruit, then gently steamed and baked to produce a delicious pudding with a traditional flavour. We do not use colourings or preservatives in the mixture. It is superb with a traditional Rum, Brandy or sweet butter sauce.
