A crisp oaty biscuit with nutmeg and cinnamon,
to cause quite a stir!
Elizabeth Botham's acknowledgment to fellow baker, Thomas Farriner, whose premises on Pudding Lane in 17th century London, caused quite a stir, as it was the source of the Great Fire in 1666.
We hope these biscuits, made with spices used at that time, spark delight in all who taste them.
