A wholesome and satisfying sourdough loaf with a full flavoured crust, with a chewy, tangy crumb. A Yorkshire take on Pain de Campagne.

Our bread and buns are available to be baked and posted out to you on Tuesdays only. Please place your order and we will arrnage for it to be posted the following Tuesday (if we receive the order in time).

The texture is much denser than everyday yeast raised bread, and goes well with either savoury or sweet accompaniments. 100% Stoneground wheat flour, organic (soil assn. approved) from Hilltop farm, Spaunton nr. Pickering)

Delivery Information:Only available on Thursdays (for Friday delivery) or Fridays (for Monday delivery). UK delivery only. Please be aware that fresh baked items have a short shelf life and require eating soon after delivery.
