Constructed by hand in our Bakery in Whitby, a Chocolate Japonaise 'Jap' is created by sandwiching two almond and hazelnut macaroon meringue biscuits together with chocolate buttercream, before coating them in chocolate vermicelli (sprinkles) and, finally, topping them with a Botham's Chocolate 'B' Button. Once tasted, never forgotten!

Chocolate Japs, by nature, are delicate. We pack them carefully for their travels but we can't guarantee that they won't encounter a few knocks along the way. One thing we can guarantee, however, is that they will taste amazing: bumps and all.
Chocolate Japs are best enjoyed on the day of delivery, or shorty after.
