Date & Toffee Loaf has a shelf-life of 2 weeks from baking.

This deliciously moist and sticky Date & Toffee Loaf makes a welcomed addition to our cake loaf range. The dates are soaked in house blend Resolution Tea which keeps the cake moist, as does the syrup and caramel pieces which are added to the mix before baking. We top the baked loaf with toffee pieces; deliciously creamy and smooth.

This loaf can be enjoyed as it is or served in a bowl with a dollop of warm custard and toffee sauce - a deliciously warming pudding!
