Botham's Simnel Cakes have been made since Victorian times to the same recipe; they are a delicious sign that spring is on its way!

Our rich fruit cake mixture with distinctive spices is enriched with a layer of marzipan before baking, and finally topped with a nest of toasted almond paste with a floral motif (no iced message) - they truly are beautiful! 

This Simnel Cake features an almond ring with toasted almond centre & hand-decorated, spring floral motif.

Approx 1.2kg, 7" diameter.
