A Botham's Large Round Christmas Cake is made with the finest fruit, butter and our own almond paste, and it is fortified in the traditional way with a splash of brandy. Decorated by hand in our Finishing Room, the seasonal design will feature Holly & Ivy - beautiful as it is delicious! This cake is topped with almond paste and icing with a festive frill edge and ribbon tie - a wonderful centrepiece to your Christmas table.
