• Christmas Hampers are available for dispatch from 17 November, 2023 until the end of January, 2024.
• Choose your preferred delivery date using the date picker (this is not guaranteed, it is a guide. Please add your email and mobile number during checkout to receive order updates)
• Please note: We dispatch hampers only during December. You will need to select a November delivery date to receive individual products, such as packets of biscuits, Lemon Buns & almond paste.  

FAQ’s

I want to send a parcel abroad – is this possible?

At this time, due to circumstances outside of our control, we are not shipping to the EU and internationally, with the exception of USA. Like many businesses, we are working hard to adapt to new oversees trading rules. We hope to reinstate this service as soon as possible.

I want to send hampers to multiple addresses. Can I place one order?

We need one order per delivery address. For example, if you want to send a parcel to two different addresses then you need to place two separate orders.

I want to receive my Mince Pies in December

Due to the large volume of orders to be processed, we can only dispatch hampers in December. The last delivery date to receive individual items is Thursday 30 November. The majority of our fresh bakes are suitable for home-freezing – please see advice on the individual product page at www.botham.co.uk
