steam: 225g:  45 mins   450g: approx. 1hr   900g: approx. 1.5 hours

This pudding is already cooked and only requires gentle reheating. Remove all wrappers. Place lidded basin in a steamer or saucepan of water to a depth two thirds of the basin. Simmer and take care that the water does not enter the basin and that the saucepan does not boil dry. Alternatively you can microwave following equipment instructions.
