Our rich fruit cake mixture with distinctive spices is enriched with a layer of marzipan before baking, and finally circled with a nest of toasted almond paste with a floral motif (no iced message) - they truly are beautiful! 

This Simnel Cake features a toasted almond ring and almond flooded cake top with hand-decorated spring floral motif.
