A seasonal variation of our all-year-round Yorkshire Brack, packed with festive flavours. For Winter Brack we add cherries, cardamom and brandy to the mix, and we top it with slices of candied orange – the intention is that you will enjoy a piece of golden fruit with every slice. 

Quite simply, this seasonal brack is a winter triumph! 

Brack is a traditional Yorkshire tea loaf with a moist texture achieved by steeping the vine fruits in Botham’s own-blend Resolution Tea before baking. It is made without adding shortening, and it is delicious served the Yorkshire way with a little bit of butter and cheese! We now have five variations in our Brack range, including: Yorkshire, Stem Ginger, Date & Walnut, and the seasonal variations Winter Brack and Rhubarb & Stem Ginger 'Ruby' Brack (available in Spring).

Winter Brack has a shelf-life of approximately 6-7 weeks from date of dispatch - please bear this in mind if purchasing for Christmas gifting.
