The recipe said 'go super-sized' so we did! The result is an enormous GIANT Chocolate Japonaise Cake with four layers of almond and hazelnut macaroon biscuits sandwiched together with chocolate buttercream, before being coated in the entire nation's supply of chocolate sprinkles (!!), and finally topped with an enormous Belgian chocolate 'B' Button.
Measuring in at eight inches round, four layers deep and serving approximately eight to twelve people, this GIANT Chocolate Japonaise Cake certainly is impressive!
