More about Brack.....
Brack is a traditional Yorkshire tea loaf with a moist texture achieved by steeping the vine fruits in Botham’s own-blend Resolution Tea before baking. It is made without adding shortening, and it is delicious served the Yorkshire way with a little bit of butter and cheese! We now have five variations in our Brack range, including: Yorkshire, Stem Ginger, Date & Walnut, and the seasonal variations Winter Brack and Rhubarb & Stem Ginger 'Ruby' Brack (available in Spring).

Love Dates and Walnuts but not a great lover of Sultanas, so a little disappointed to find that this cake is made up of 24% Sultanas, 12% Dates and 5% Walnuts. Would have preferred it too have been just Dates and Walnuts. I did eventually eat the cake, which was good quality, but (for me) could have been so much better.
