From our family baker, affectionately called 'Sourdough Jo!', we introduce you to Botham's Large Sourdough. Nurtured from starter to the ovens, a Botham's Sourdough delivers a satisfying crunchy crust, a fairly open textured crumb, and an un-pronounced flavour.

Jo Botham says: "Sourdough is how nature intended us to eat bread ~ Simple but delicious!"

This fresh-bake item will be baked on the day of dispatch. Not available for Monday or Tuesday delivery dates due to baking days. 

Please note: Occasionally, when we experience peaks in sales for sourdough, we may have to move your delivery date ever so slightly, this is due to the artisan nature of production & baking, and the quantity of homemade starter available each day. The majority of sourdough orders are dispatched according to the date chosen at checkout.
