A Chocolate Japonaise is one of Botham's signature indulgent cakes. Our original Chocolate Japonaise is made by sandwiching two almond and hazelnut macaroon biscuits with chocolate buttercream. It is then covered in more chocolate buttercream, finished with chocolate sprinkles and topped with a Belgian chocolate Botham's 'B' Button.
