In a darkened shed in Wakefield, crops of forced rhubarb are being harvested by candlelight. We combine this delicious British rhubarb with stem ginger and vine fruits to create our popular Ruby 'rhubarb & stem ginger' Brack - tangy, moist and fruity. We source our British 'forced rhubarb' from Oldroyd's Farm in Wakefield, Yorkshire - the heart of the rhubarb triangle.
Delicious served warm or cold; with custard, vanilla ice-cream or a glass of rhubarb gin!

Absolutely delicious,drenched in Rumtopf deeply chilled straight out of the fridge. Me and the cats loved it so much we're gunna get some more,loads more. PS We all loved the Winter Brack too especially with a glass of warm Glühwein. Chin chin.
